# Blockchain Tokens The most accessible and liquid form of investment vehicle available is the token on the blockchain. While it is easy to deploy capital and liquidate holdings, these features can also cause significant volatility and speculation from other token investors. However, there are multiple utilities that are (and will be) implemented, in relation to the token, that emphasize a reduction in available supply in the open market and incentivize the holding of tokens. ## Token Utilities ### 1. As an Ecosystem Currency The most obvious utility for the token is as a currency within the ecosystem. While the most common form of payment in today's market is fiat (cash, debit cards, and credit cards), we are seeing growing adoption of blockchain coins and tokens in the mainstream public. With this in mind, the blockchain token will be an accepted payment method for membership subscriptions, digital asset purchases, and other services within the product lines of Adult Playground. #### Reducing Available Supply Enabling users to purchase the blockchain token from the liquidity pool reduces the amount of available tokens in the open market, and locks the value away when those same tokens are then used as a method of payment - as those tokens are then secured within the company's treasury holdings. This causes an increase in token price, paired with an increase in the value of the company's holdings. #### Supporting Mainstream Adoption While fiat still remains the predominant form of payment in the world today, users will have the opportunity to receive discounted rates on subscription memberships, digital asset purchases, and other services when utilizing the blockchain token as a payment method. This incentive provides an opportunity to introduce new users to the blockchain, that would otherwise not be familiar or interested in participating. As the Adult Playground userbase continues to grow, this incentive will further increase the token price and the value of the company's holdings. *** ### 2. A Source of Passive Income Perhaps the most appealing utility for investors is the token's passive income rewards. These rewards for holding the blockchain token come in two forms. #### Trading Volume Fee Redistribution With the the blockchain token being a liquid asset, investors and traders are constantly buying and selling tokens in and out of the open market. Each of these transactions comes with a hardcoded fee (5%) in the smart contract, and 20% of that fee (1% of trading volume) is redistributed to holders of the token. In just the first four months of operation, nearly $100,000.00 have been redistributed amongst the token holders. #### Platform Revenue Distribution Arguably the most lucrative opportunity within the Adult Playground ecosystem, token holders will also receive a distribution of 50% of the revenue generated by the business.
